Digestion is a blend of oils which have traditionally been used to help relieve the symptoms of mild digestive upsets, bloating and nausea.
With Essential Oils of:
- Chamomile Roman (Anthemis nobilis)
- Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum)
- Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)
- Coriander (Coriandrum Sativum)
- Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus)
- Spearmint (Mentha spicata)
Use:
- 3-4 drops in an oil diffuser or oil burner. 3 drops with 10mL of carrier oil for massage and apply to abdomen or lower back.
