We’ve had Drought, Floods, and COVID 19, 1 & 2, well we always say Australia has it all.

I hope that all our awesome customers are going ok through these tough times, and we want to remind you that we are here to help if you need us. We have been ultra-busy with people going into lockdown, and dragging out all their old computers and needing them to work, and chasing Stock of printers, Laptops, Webcams and all the other necessities to help the new home office. Then we had End of Financial Year, with a rush on new computer and hardware so that people could claim back there purchases to get the government tax right offs. Now we have Border closures, and the lovely masked singers we have all become. (Who knew that the masked singer would become our daily life).

Well it looks like things have slowed down, so I have finally had some time to sit on my computer, and pen this message to you all. So what is new down at our happy little shop in South St. Well as it turns out a fair bit is new, and a lot is still the same, which are both good.

NEW

We are now the warranty repairer for Yamaha, Changhong, Chiq, Hisense, and Leader (Computers and Notebooks) we also sell the Chiq branded TV’s, which are great price conscious TV with one of the few to have a 3 year warranty. We also sell Samsung for those that are after a higher grade TV with things like better video upscaling and processing (makes the older TV footage look better on a 4K TV).  We also are really getting into the swing of Whitegoods repairs, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Fridges, and Vacuums)

Also new, is our new support packages, do you want to be able to call us as many times as you need without feeling like your bugging us, (which you’re not, but some feel they are), would you like an Antivirus that you don’t need to worry about renewing, or if it’s turned on. Well now we have Monthly or Yearly plans that can cover all of this, and MORE!

OLD

The same old great service, and Computer and laptops that can include setup and copying of the information from your old computer, so you can just take it home and get right into it.

And if you’re worried about not being able to cross the border to get to us, well we have that covered as well. We have worked out a deal with The Printer Wizards in Lavington, to be a reciprocal drop off point for each other. So you only need to go to them and drop off or pickup, and we will organise the rest…
